How do you move to Madinah?
To live in Madinah you need residency, known as an iqama. That is the first step. There are three main ways to get one:

Do I need to be in Saudi to start?
No. You can start from your own country and pay online in installments. Many clients only come to Madinah once their company is ready, to start the iqama process.
Who qualifies?
For a service company you need 1 company outside Saudi. For a trading company you need 3 companies from 3 different countries. Each company must have made at least $100,000 in the last tax year and be older than 1 year. If you do not have them yet, we can open them for you.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You pay in four installments, at the start and at each stage of the setup. To lock in the sale price, sign and pay the first installment by Wednesday 4 November.
What is not included?
Your iqama (separate cost) and the MISA licence fee, which is suspended for now.
How long does it take?
The company itself typically takes around 5 to 7 weeks once your documents are in, and about 3 months to be fully settled, depending on documents, approvals and business activity.
Can I sponsor my family?
Yes. Once your residency is issued and requirements are met, you may be able to sponsor eligible family members, at about 4,800 SAR per person per year.

The new price is locked in when you sign the contract and pay the first installment by Wednesday 4 November. Exact fees are confirmed after assessment, and everything is subject to licensing, residency requirements and approvals.
